Craft Faire Returns to Rio Linda

RIO LINDA, CA (MPG) - The fourth annual Rio Linda Elverta (RLE) Country Craft Faire is set for Saturday, April 19 at Rio Linda High School Stadium, 6309 Dry Creek Road. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

According to Country Craft Faire organizers, this year’s event features fun for the entire family.

Craft booths will feature plenty of new handmade crafts, including jewelry, clothes, toys, soaps, pet supplies, hair bows, candles, lotions, art, baby stuff, kitchen items, plants, purses, business signs, bird houses, quilts, metal art, books, crochet items, makeup and rocks and crystals.

The craft fair will also feature a woodworking booth and various information booths.

Food trucks will be onsite providing tasty food and beverage options for fair attendees. Parking and craft fair entry is free so come out and support the Rio Linda Country Faire and local artisans.

The Rio Linda High School Stadium is located at the corner of Elkhorn Boulevard and Dry Creek Road in Rio Linda.

The annual Rio Linda Elverta Country Craft Faire helps support the Rio Linda Elverta Country Faire. The Rio Linda Elverta Country Faire website identifies the fair’s mission as follows: "The RLE Country Faire showcases the Rio Linda Elverta community for the benefit and education of the general public."

The 12th annual Rio Linda Elverta Country Faire is scheduled for Sept. 20 at the Depot Park and the Community Center in Rio Linda. The Country Faire includes a pancake breakfast, Kids’ Fun Zone, talent show, Country Faire Community Showcase, Youth Livestock Competition, Rogues of the Golden Coast - Black Powder demonstrations,

watermelon eating contest, horseshoe tournament and free Rio Linda Lions Club vision exams.
